I was lucky enough to be on the first ever complete bodyworker diploma and have since gone on to train in various other modalities including Indian head massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, Thai foot massage, facial massage and skincare, advanced myofascial release, pregnancy massage, dry cupping, canine massage therapy and Kinesiology. I offer deep tissue, remedial and relaxing treatments from my own natural health centre Essential Therapies on Sidmouth High Street. The studio is also home to a collective of independent practitioners offering a wide range of modalities such as medical herbalism, homeopathy, nutritional medicine, counselling, sound therapy, cranial sacral therapy and much more.
