Understanding structure, movement, and healing
The foot is a marvel of engineering—rich in structure, deeply connected to the rest of the body, and often overlooked in clinical practice. In this hands-on workshop, we dive deep into the anatomy and function of the human foot, exploring how it moves, how it changes over time, and how effective footwork can influence balance, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
This blended learning course will give you a thorough insight —and practical tools—for working with arguably one of the body’s most important parts!
