Take your practice to a deeper level

This course is about taking your practice deeper. You will learn to set up a sense of safety with your clients to facilitate change at a more profound level.

Our whole life story is stored within the physiology of our body, when we face physical or emotional trauma our body physiology adapts and compensates, we adapt holding patterns. Our physical, emotional, and energetic self are inseparably intertwined, when we set up a sense of safety during treatment, our emotions can surface and be re-integrated as the physical body responds. As these changes take place; pain, anxiety and stress levels diminish, the client will often report feeling more themselves, a sense of returning to their true self.

We will look at how our bio-psycho-social situation influences our interpretation of self and our ability to deal with pain. We will look at turning down the volume on pain. Teach clients to do this and therefore empower them to self treat.
We will explore how emotions are held in the body and how this influences our posture and alignment. We will look at "self-protective" postures that are adapted by ourselves and our clients. This course is a time of self discovery as well as a chance to deepen your knowledge and practice.
We will work with deep tissue techniques, fascial techniques and advanced techniques to enhance and broaden your skills. Take your practice to another level and witness profound changes.
