Would you like to feel safe and pain free in your body? Would you like to be more in-tune with the sensations in your own body and what they are communicating to you? Then this series is for you. Would you like to learn to read your internal body cues? By recognising these you will become more aware of yourself, your reactions and your surroundings; therefore enabling you to feel safe and more confident in your body & yourself. 1. SETTLE INTO YOUR BODY
Explore embodiment, the felt sense & feeling safe in your body
Settle into your body and explore embodiment. Would you like to get to know the felt-sense of your ever changing internal landscape of your body? To get to know these sensations, will enable you to feel safe in your body. It will enhance bellbeing and reduce stress levels, as yoi being to explore areas of health within your sysyem.
2. ISLAND OF SAFETY
Explore areas of safety within your body
A guided exploration. Would you like to explore your inner landscape of sensations? We will feel into areas of safety within our body. Once an awareness of these "islands of safety" are found within the body, we will settle into them. This will provide you with a sense of safety within yourself; a sense of "ok-ness" and contentment. These skills can be used anywhere at anytime to give enhance your own well being.
3. EMPTY ISLANDS
Notice areas of within your body that feel less present, they may feel empty, with reduced sensation or cold. We will explore the internal landscape of these areas and see if we can begin to feel into the areas of our body that appear less present for us. You cannot attend this workshop without attending workshop 1 & 2.
4. DISTORTION RESOLVE
Feel into your system as a whole, feel the wholeness of your body. We will then explore to find out of there are areas that feel higher, lower, bigger, flatter, longer than others. Once we have noticed what we notice, without judgement; we can then invite change. Explore, and see if your body is able to settle into a more balanced state, through intention and invitation. You cannot attend this workshop without attending workshop 1, 2 & 3.
5. LANDSCAPES OF SENSATION
During this online workshop, we will explore the internal, ever changing landscape of sensation, that is our body. We will explore sensations that let us know we are ok, sensations of health. We will also explore sensations that perhaps lack health. We will listen to both without judgement. We will then explore increasing the health in system through intention and wisdom of the body.
